<p>As athletes are gathering to participate in the 2024 Paris Olympics, the “anti-sex” bed is again in the limelight as players share what the cardboard bed actually looks like. Many athletes have actually tried to check the durability of these "anti-sex" beds and tried to understand how strong they are.</p>

<p>British diver and Olympic gold medalist Tom Daley on Monday (July 22) shared a glimpse of the controversial bed on TikTok, as he tested its capacity to withstand sexual activity.</p>

<p>“This is cardboard,” the diver said, as he filmed the bedpost and headboard. "As you can see, it’s like a box," he added.</p>

<p>He also shared the visuals of the mattress topper and a thin mattress on a cardboard base. “Then, we get our own Paris ’24 [comforter],” he said.</p>

<p>The 30-year-old also tested the stability of the bed by jumping up and down, and said, “As you can see, they’re pretty sturdy.”</p>

<p>These "anti-sex" beds were also tested by Irish gymnast Rhys McClenaghan who recorded himself stomping, jumping and bouncing on the bed.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Nope, they pass the test,” the athlete said, as the video ended. He added, “It’s fake! Fake news!”</p>

<p>Australian tennis players Daria Saville and Ellen Perez also checked the strength of the bed.&nbsp;<br />

<p>Cardboard is India's first cafe outfitted with the material and is located in the city's bustling business district of Bandra Kurla Complex. &nbsp;</p>

<p>The overall space has been designed using parametric modelling, one of the striking features is the interior wall of surging circular panels, giving a seemingly wave-like effect.&nbsp;</p>
