The woman, Cara Winhold, became pregnant, when she was already pregnant, as per a Metro report. Winhold had earlier suffered three devastating miscarriages. In February last year, Winhold became pregnant. A month later, the joy turned double as she was pregnant again.&nbsp;This unique medical condition is called superfetation.

What is&nbsp;superfetation?

When a pregnancy occurs during an existing pregnancy, it is known as superfetation. It can happen in just days or weeks after the first one, as per Healthline. &nbsp;

Finally, she had two baby boys, who were born six minutes apart. “I said to the doctor, ‘What happened? He wasn't there the first time. What's going on?' The doctor said that most likely I ovulated twice, released two eggs and they got fertilised at different times, about a week apart. I 100% believe it was a miracle just because of everything that happened in my pregnancy journey,” Winhold told Metro. &nbsp;

Winhold and her husband had their first son in 2018. When the couple decided to expand the family, she suffered three miscarriages. The last one had nearly killed her, as per New York Post. The situation was such that she was scared to get pregnant again. &nbsp;&nbsp;

“I knew I wanted more kids. I'm very optimistic, and I was like, ‘It's going to happen,' and I knew it was part of my journey and life to be a mom, and so I knew I didn't want to give up but going to therapy made me learn how to heal and understand that it wasn't my fault. It took a lot of time,” Winhold told New York Post.

Iran nuke deal talks hit pause again as Tehran’s negotiator heads home for consultations

The Supreme Court Collegium Wednesday again deferred its decision on the issue of recommending Uttarakhand Chief Justice KM Joseph for elevation to the top court after it was returned by the Centre. An apex court official said that no decision has been taken as to when the recommendation will be sent to the Centre.

The Collegium comprising Chief Justice Dipak Misra and four senior most judges — justices J Chelameswar, Ranjan Gogoi, M B Lokur and Kurian Joseph — deliberated for more than an hour.

Official details on the outcome of the meeting were awaited. This was the Collegium's second meeting in five days.

At its last meeting on May 11, the Collegium had agreed in principle to reiterate its recommendation for elevating Justice Joseph as a judge of the apex court, almost three weeks after it was returned by the Centre, but could not decide on a date.

It had then adopted a resolution which stated that there was a need for further discussion on the issue of sending the other names of judges to the Centre and had decided to meet again today.

"The Chief Justice and other members of the Collegium have, on principle, unanimously agreed that the recommendation for appointment of Justice K M Joseph, Chief Justice, Uttarakhand High Court (Parent High Court: Kerala)as a Judge of the Supreme Court should be reiterated.

"However, the said reiteration should also be accompanied by the recommendation of the names of Chief Justices of High Courts for elevation as Judges of the Supreme Court, for which detailed discussion is required," the resolution of May 11 had said.

It had also decided to consider the names of other High Court Judges for elevation as Judges of the Supreme Court.

Official sources said those high court judges who are in the race to be elevated to the apex court are Chief Justice of Madras High Court Indira Banerjee, who is originally from the Calcutta HC, Gujarat HC Chief Justice R Subhash Reddy, whose parent cadre is Telangana and Andhra Pradesh HC, and Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, who is originally from Rajasthan HC.

The government had on April 26 returned the Collegium's recommendation to elevate Justice Joseph seeking its reconsideration, saying the proposal was not in accordance with the top court's parameters and there was adequate representation of Kerala in the higher judiciary from where he hails. It had also questioned his seniority for elevation as a judge of the apex court.

The Collegium has recommended the name of Additional Judge Justice Ramchandra Singh Jhala to be appointed as a permanent judge of the Rajasthan High Court.

"Taking into consideration the material on record, the Collegium finds Justice Ramchandra Singh Jhala, Additional Judge, suitable for being appointed as Permanent Judge (of the Rajasthan High Court).

"In view of the above, the Collegium resolves to recommend, for the present, that Justice Ramchandra Singh Jhala, Additional Judge be appointed as Permanent Judge of the Rajasthan High Court against one of the existing vacancies," its resolution said.

A six-year-old girl named Cara O&#39;Connor from Ireland, who aspires to become a NASA astronaut in the future, urged the space agency to reclassify Pluto as a planet.&nbsp;

As per the report published in The Washington Post, the girl said &ldquo;I listened to a song and at the end of it the song said &ldquo;Bring Pluto Back&rdquo; &mdash; and I would really like that to happen.&rdquo;

In 2006, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) classified Pluto was classified as a dwarf planet.&nbsp;

In the letter, she talked about the Kuiper belt, a doughnut-shaped ring beyond Neptune where many dwarf planets are located.

Patel had come in for critcism for her handling of the fallout from the public beating of the Dalits. And under her leadership, the BJP has for the first time in the post-Narendra Modi era had to put up with a tough challenge from its opponents in the state. 
 
Patel, who will turn 75 on November 21 and who been a minister in the BJP government since 1998 and CM since 2014, said in her post-cum-resignation letter that the BJP needed a fresh face in the state before the elections next year. 
 
&quot;For the last some time there has been a tradition in the party that those who attain the age of 75, voluntarily retires from the post. I will attain the age of 75 in November,&quot; she said.&nbsp;&quot;Two months ago I had requested the party to relieve me from the post and today also through this letter, I request the party to relieve me of the post,&quot; she added. 
 
&quot;I am asking the party to relieve me two months in advance as the new chief minister will require the time to work, when the state is going to face elections in 2017 and an important event like Vibrant Gujarat Summit to be held in January,&quot; Patel said.&nbsp;&quot;It (the rule of 75) is a good thing and it will give a chance to young leaders to come up,&quot; she added. 
 
Elections in the state are due in the second half of 2017.&nbsp;The unwritten convention in the party in recent times, set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has been that people quit their posts when they turn 75. 
 
Patel has had to deal a number of recent upsets. The BJP fared badly in the rural civic bodies poll of December 2015 and the opposition Congress made gains at the cost of the ruling party.
