<p>It was a night to honour and celebrate country music. On Thursday (May 16), the 2024 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards took place at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The annual award show was hosted by Reba McEntire&nbsp;and&nbsp;saw a bevy of A-listers from the world of country music.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As expected, the night was high on music. Dua Lipa gave a mind-bending performance as she joined Chris Stapleton on stage for a duet. Post Malone made his ACM Awards debut. For his first-ever performance at the annual awards, he enthralled the audience with his unreleased single, ''I Had Some Help.'' He also gave a surprise performance with host and singer Reba McEntire.</p>

<p>When we are talking about country music, how we can forget Beyonce, who has made her smashing debut in country music with her latest album, <em>Cowboy Carter.</em>&nbsp;While she didn't attend the night, Raba took a moment to address the success of Queen Bey's album.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“We’re here to talk about country music and how everyone is invited and welcome here at country music’s party of the year. From Mother Maybelle to Cowboy Carter, country music is so big in 2024 that there’s room for everybody,” she said.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Popstar Pink just made her debut as a country singer at the 2020 Academy of Country Music awrads. On Wednesday night, fans of country music were in for a surprise as the pop star took to stage atthe country music's biggest night to do a special act with the host of the evening Keith Urban.</p>

<p>The duo delivered the first performance of their new single called 'One Too Many,' which is part of Keith's new album 'The Speed of Now: Part 1 '. The album is set to release on September 18.</p>

<p>Interestingly, while the two performed together, they were located in two separate cities with different time zones Regardless of the geographical distance- theor performance went smoothly.</p>

Popstar Pink debuts her first country song with Keith Urban at ACM awards

<p>Fans of Taylor Swift have a reason to rejoice as the musician is all set to perform her much-loved track `Betty` at the Academy of Country Music Awards.<br />
<br />
According to a news agency, the musician will be performing the track for the first time in seven years on any country awards telecast. The 'Love Story'&nbsp;singer will be performing from the stage of the Grand Ole Opry House, which is one of the three iconic Nashville venues being used as a home base for the ACMs this year.</p>
