Autopsies are being conducted, and investigation is&nbsp;currently underway to determine the underlying causes.&nbsp;“The bodies were sent for autopsy...Nobody reported any behavioral changes in them in the last few days. The investigation is underway,"&nbsp;a local police officer&nbsp;Debasish Bharadwaj reportedly said.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>In 2017, following the deaths of 17 students in 2016, the Kota administration implemented mandatory measures such as appointing counsellors, introducing weekly offs and recreation days, and reshuffling test schedules.</p>

<p>Additionally, in the same year, a four-member team from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences was appointed to study the causes of extreme stress and depression among students, leading to suicides. Shockingly, since 2011, over 121 students have died by suicide in Kota.</p>

<p>Dhruv Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH), which faced scrutiny due to a series of accidents earlier this year, has identified and addressed its flaws to prioritise flight safety, senior officials with knowledge of the matter revealed on Wednesday, media reports said.</p>

<p>The indigenously designed and developed Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH-DHRUV) is a twin-engine, multi-role, multi-mission new-generation helicopter in the 5.5-tonne weight class.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Reports said that the process of fixing the flaws is underway.&nbsp;While investigating recent incidents involving the Indian-made helicopter, certain design and metallurgy issues came to light.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The ALH is operated by the Indian army, air force, navy, and coast guard, with over 330 helicopters in service.&nbsp;Following safety concerns and a series of accidents, the helicopter was temporarily grounded and then cleared for flying, only to be grounded again between March and May.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>12 accidents in the past five years</strong></h2>

<p>In the past five years, the ALH has been involved in 12 accidents, including a crash-landing in Jammu &amp; Kashmir's Kishtwar on 4 May, resulting in the death of a soldier and injuries to two pilots.</p>

<h2><strong>Government's measures for resumption of flights</strong></h2>

<p>According to a government letter dated May 22, urgent flights were allowed to resume after conducting an independent maintenance flight safety audit and ensuring compliance with safety-related technical instructions and alert notices, as per media reports.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The letter specified that critical items and systems had undergone satisfactory checks.</p>

<h2><strong>Design review of safety-critical system</strong></h2>

<p>Dhruv is certified for military operations by the Centre for Military Airworthiness Certification (CEMILAC) and civil operations by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). CEMILAC, a government regulatory body responsible for certifying the airworthiness of military aircraft, suggested a design review of a safety-critical system on the ALH.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In a statement released on Tuesday, Walgreens explained, "Due to the severe impact of market instability on financing availability, no third party has been able to make an offer that adequately reflects the high potential value of Boots and No7 Beauty Company. Consequently, WBA has decided that it is in the best interests of shareholders to focus on further growth and profitability of the two businesses."</p>

<p>Walgreens also expressed that it had engaged in productive discussions with various parties and received significant interest from prospective buyers. Millions of tourists visited Kashmir valley in 2023 and the numbers are rising daily. In 2022, the number of foreign tourists to the Kashmir valley was around 4000. In the first 6 months of 2023, it crossed 15,000. The government hopes that surge in numbers this year would surpass previous records. In May, a g20 meeting on tourism was held in Srinagar with a view to promoting J&K as an attractive destination for tourists for foreigners. With the numbers having exceeded expectations, now the government plans to carry out further promotion especially in southeast and west Asia and North America.

<p>A man travelling on an Air India flight from Mumbai to Delhi was apprehended at the airport following allegations of defecating, urinating, and spitting inside the aircraft, as reported by officials. According to the filed FIR by the flight captain at Delhi's IGI Airport police station, the incident occurred on June 24, when the passenger seated at 17F engaged in this misconduct in row 9 DEF of the aircraft, reported ANI.</p>

<p>The cabin crew noticed the behaviour, issued a verbal warning through the cabin supervisor, and subsequently informed the flight captain.</p>

<p>Speaking to ANI, a senior official of Delhi Police said, "On the complaint of the flight captain, Delhi Police registered a case -- u/s 294/510 -- at IGI police station and arrested the accused passenger. We produced him before a court which granted him bail. Further investigation is underway."</p>

<p>Immediate action was taken by notifying the airline and requesting airport security to escort the passenger upon arrival. Fellow passengers expressed their displeasure, leading to the accused being escorted to the IGI <a href="https://www.wionews.com/trending/meet-the-woman-who-arrived-at-the-airport-with-all-clothes-stuffed-in-a-bra-609007">Airport</a> police station by the head of Air India security.</p>

<p>The accused, a cook employed in Africa, had boarded the Air India flight AIC 866. Delhi Police registered a case based on the captain's complaint, and the accused was arrested and granted bail after appearing in court, while further investigation is ongoing.<br />

Speaking about the incident, an Air India spokesperson said, a passenger on the Mumbai-Delhi on June 24 "behaved in a repulsive manner, causing discomfort to the co-passengers. In doing their best to manage the situation in the circumstances, the crew immediately secluded the passenger for the rest of the flight and issued a warning."&nbsp;<br />

"The passenger was handed over to the security personnel upon landing in Delhi. A police complaint (FIR) was registered subsequently, as was the matter reported to the regulator. Air India follows a zero tolerance policy for such unruly and unacceptable behaviour." <p>As per reports,&nbsp;flight AI-112 made an unscheduled landing at Jaipur airport on Sunday (June 25) due to adverse weather conditions. The flight, originally scheduled to reach Delhi at 4 am, was later granted permission by the Delhi Air Traffic Control (ATC) to proceed to Delhi, along with other diverted flights. However, the pilot refused to fly, citing flight duty time limitations and duty hours.</p>

<p>In a tweet posted on Sunday, Adit, a passenger from the aforementioned incident, expressed frustration that the affected passengers had not received any assistance in reaching their intended destinations.</p>

<p>Urgently seeking intervention, Adit directly appealed to Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia for immediate assistance.</p>

<p>Air India issued a response to the passenger, assuring them that their team was actively working to minimise the inconvenience caused.</p>

<p>"Please stop with the false promises! The staff at the Jaipur airport have been absolutely inept &amp; incorrigible to provide us with any assistance. The solution they have provided for all passengers to travel by coach to Delhi is absolutely damnable &amp; ludicrous. Please coordinate &amp; have us flown to Delhi ASAP," Adit told the airline.&nbsp;</p>
