A report submitted to the Delhi Health minister on Shalimar Bagh Max Hospital has revealed medical negligence on part of the hospital.
A three-member doctor panel has submitted a preliminary report on the Hospital.
The report finds hospital guilty of not having followed medical norms in dealing with newborn infants.
The report states that no ECG tracings were done to examine if the infant was alive or not. It further states that the body was handed over without written instructions.
On November 30, Max Hospital in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi declared newborn twins, a girl and a boy, dead.

The family staged a sit-in protest outside the hospital, demanding strict action against the hospital administration.
Max Healthcare authorities had ordered an inquiry into the incident on December 1, and will release a detailed report in a week.
The hospital on Monday said toterminate the services of the two doctors involved in the incident.
It,however, stated that the sackings should not indicate that the probe panel had indeed found a lapse.
Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain said on Saturday said that the hospital's licence could be cancelled if it was found guilty of negligence.
