
On Sunday, Bollywood bid adieu to one of its brightest stars, Sushant Singh Rajput who died by suicide. The actor upcoming movie 'Dil Bechara' will be his last film. The film was earlier scheduled to hit the theatres on May 8, but got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The film is a remake of the popular Hollywood film 'The Fault in Our Stars' and reports state that post-production work of the movie is still left. Apart from Sushant, 'Dil Bechara' features newcomer Sanjana Sanghi and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles. AR Rahman has composed the music of the movie.

The movie which has been helmed by Mukesh Chabra, will reportedly skip theatrerelease and will land directly on a OTT platform.

The film is based on the relationship between two terminally ill patients. Author John Green on whose book the films have been based earlier said he was excited about the Hindi adaptation and was looking forward to watching it.

Sushant's last release before his demise was 'Drive' with Jacqueline Fernandez. The movie was a Netflix film. His last theatrical release was 'Chhichhore' opposite Shraddha Kapoor.
Sushant was found dead in his Bandra home on Sunday, June 14.
