Always known for taking up unconventional roles, Sushant Singh Rajput was unlike any other Bollywood actor. The actor who shot to fame with Zee TV's show 'Pavitra Rishta' in 2008 had lost his mother at an early age. In several interviews and on social media, Rajput would often remember his mother.
Incidentally, the actor's last post on Instagram on June 3 was about his late mother.
"Blurred past evaporating from teardrops, Unending dreams carving an arc of smile, And a fleeting life, negotiating between the two..." the actor had captioned the image.
Sushant was found hanging at his Mumbai residence on Sunday morning by his domestic help who alerted the police.
The actor was last seen in a film called 'Chhichhore' - a film that highlighted the importance of living life despite failures and not commit suicide.
