Cinema Lovers Day: Check out which films you can watch for Rs 99 in theatres

For all the cinema lovers out there, here's a special chance to watch your favourite movie at just Rs 99. Cinema Lovers Day will be observed on May 31, and to mark the special day, the Multiplex Association of India (MAI) has announced a great offer that will be applicable toover 4000+ screens across different cities inthe country.

Cinemagoers can watchmovies in renowned cinemachains like PVR, INOX, Cinepolis, Wave. Sharing the enticing offer, the Multiplex Association of India wrote in a post, ''Building on the resounding success of the last event, Cinema Lovers Day this May will unfold across more than 4000 participating screens, including renowned cinemas like PVR-INOX, Miraj, Cinepolis, City pride & more.”

The offer will be valid throughout the day in these major cinema chains. Premium and recliner seatare not included in the offer.

Films You Can Watch for Rs 99 in Theatres

This Friday, which is coinciding with Cinema Lovers Day, the audience can enjoy the big release of this week Mr and Mrs Mahi at a cheap rate. Apart from Rajkummar Rao and Janhvi Kapoor's movie, the other films that you can watch are Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, Srikanth among others.

Mr and Mrs Mahi

Starring Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao, this forthcoming movietells the unusual love story of a couple, Mahi and Mahima, avid cricket fans.The couple is living a happy life, untilMahi (Rao) finds out hiswife's passion for cricket. While he's unable to fulfil his dream ofplayingfor India, he decides to coach his wife and pushes her to pursue her real passion.

Savi

Set in London, thismovie is a modern-day take on the mythological story of Savitri, who saves her husbands's life from the god of death. Much like that, in the movie, Divya's character will cross all limits to save her husband. Directed by Abhinay Deo, the movie stars Divya Khosla, Harshvardhan Rane andAnil Kapoor among others.

Bhaiyya Ji

Directed by Apoorv Singh Karki, the movie stars Manoj Bajpayee in a pivotal role. The synopsis of the movie reads, ''Bhaiyaaji is a story of a gangster who is betrayed by his own men and left for dead. He survives and returns to take his revenge on those who wronged him.”

Srikanth

Rajkummar Rao stars in this inspirational story of visually challenged industrialist Srikanth Bolla. Released on May 10, the movie is doing well in cinemas.

Directed by Rajiv Chilaka, the movie is a live-action movie inspired by the famous Indian cartoon Chhota Bheem and his gang. In this movie, Bheem fights against demon Damyaan.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga

Directed by George Miller, this movie is the fifth instalment in the Mad Max franchise. The movie focuses on the younger version of Furiosa, a character originally played by Charlize Theron in the 2015 Mad Max: Fury Road. Anya Taylor-Joy plays the younger version of Furiosa alongside Chris Hemsworth and Tom Burke.
