However, the BCCI will coordinate with state-associations to resume practice at a local level in what will be the fourth phase of the lockdown in India.</p>

<p>As per the Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines issued on Sunday, stadiums will be allowed to open but with no spectators allowed in the lockdown which was extended till May 31, indicating that players can restart their individual training.</p>

<p>"Taking into the account the restrictions on air travel and movement of people till May 31, the BCCI will wait further before organizing a skill-based training camp for its contracted players," BCCI Treasurer Arun Dhumal said in a press release issued late on Monday night.</p>

<p>A German Football League (DFL) spokesman&nbsp;confirmed there will be no punishment, as it had only offered "guidelines" on how goals should be celebrated.</p>

<p>The DFL has also made no secret of the fact that several clubs are in a dire financial situation as a result of the lockdown.</p>

<p>If they are able to complete the nine remaining rounds of matches by June 30, clubs could receive around 300 million euros ($324 million) from television contracts.</p>
