<p>As per multiple outlets, Amber's team submitted a 68-page long document in court in which they argued the exclusion of her therapy notes, which mentioned details about Johnny Depp's abusive nature towards Amber, has led to an unfair trial.</p>

<p>"The trial court improperly prevented the jury from considering several separate instances in which Heard reported Depp’s abuse to a medical professional," the lawyers wrote.</p>

BLACKPINK becomes first girl group in history to be named TIME Magazine’s Entertainer Of The Year

<p>To protect herself and her family from a twisted individual who claims to have a telepathic connection with her, the beauty mogul and reality TV show star Kim Kardashian got a restraining order from the court on Monday.</p>

<p>Her legal team was awarded the restraining order against Andre Persaud, who showed up at her home at least 3 times back in August and claimed to be armed, according to docs obtained by a publication.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The ruling prohibits Persaud from contacting Kim and he must stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times, for the next five years.&nbsp;The order also prohibited him from owning or possessing a firearm and he must surrender all the guns he already has to law enforcement.</p>

<p>The stalker has been constantly posting about Kim on his social media sites and in one particular instance, Kim says that he claimed to have communicated with her telepathically.</p>

<p>According to the docs, Kim says she's never met the guy&nbsp;and she doesn't know him. She was worried he might escalate things to physical violence, which led her to pursue a restraining order.</p>

<p>Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar shared two major updates on his debut Marathi film 'Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat' on Tuesday. Taking to social media, the actor revealed that he has begun filming for the period film in Mumbai. And, in another post, he shared the first look of the film, in which he is playing Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The film is directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. And, it chronicles the story of the legendary Maratha warrior.</p>

<p>Queen Marie Antoinette's guitar, which was gifted to her by her husband&nbsp;King Louis XVI, will be&nbsp;sold at an auction this week.&nbsp;The finely decorated instrument was made by Jacques-Philippe Michelot in 1775. And, it was given by the queen to Louise Elisabeth de Lostanges, marquise de la Rochelambert, who was her close friend. They played and sang together in the Petit Trianon, Neoclassical château in Versailles.</p>

<p>The instrument is made of spruce and rosewood and has an inlaid of mahogany and ivory.&nbsp;From the last two centuries, the instrument has been preserved in the country home of the Rochelambert family. In 1835, the marquise, who survived the revolutionary terror by fleeing to Switzerland, bequeathed the instrument to her nephew.</p>

<p>The marquise was&nbsp;about the same age as the queen&nbsp;and she was a member of her inner entourage. She was praised for her musical talent and voice. The two women often performed together at the Versailles and shared a close bond. Meanwhile, the marquise’s parents were regulars in the king’s court. Her godfather was Louis de Bourbon, Dauphin of France.</p>

<p>The marquise’s family preserved the guitar in the ensuing centuries&nbsp;and now one of her descendants is putting it&nbsp;up for auction. And, it is expected to fetch somewhere between&nbsp;€60,000 to €80,000.</p>

<p>At the auction, another item for sale is a sword believed to have belonged to Marie Antoinette’s first page, Charles Bonnin de la Bonninière de Beaumont. According to historical records, the Queen was so “intimate” with the young aristocrat that she addressed him with the familiar “tu” pronoun, which was a rare honour back in the days at Versailles. The gilded bronze and silver sword is estimated to fetch somewhere between €1,500 and €2,000.</p>

<p>Oscar-winning filmmaker Bong Joon Ho's next film 'Mickey 17', starring&nbsp;Robert Pattinson,&nbsp;will release in theatres worldwide on March 29, 2024. On Tuesday, Hollywood studio Warner Bros made the announcement while sharing the first teaser of the film on social media.</p>

<p>The film is based on author Edward Ashton's novel titled 'Mickey7'&nbsp;and features an ensemble cast of Steven Yeun, Naomi Ackie, Toni Collette and Mark Ruffalo alongside Pattinson.</p>

<p>Ashton's novel was published earlier this year and it centres on a&nbsp;man named Mickey7, who is out on an expedition to colonise the ice world Niflheim. This expendable employee takes risky jobs that others fear to take&nbsp;and when he dies, he regenerates as a clone with most of his memories intact. After Mickey7 is presumed dead, he returns to the mission's base only to witness that a new clone, Mickey8, has taken his place. What's happens next forms the crux of the story.</p>

<p>For those unaware, Oxford Word of the Year reflects the mood, ethos, and social landscape of a given year.</p>

<p>More than 340,000 English speakers around the world were asked to choose the Oxford word of the year between three options narrowed down by lexicographers from Oxford University Press (OUP). The second and third options were "Metaverse" and "#IStandWith".</p>

<p>"Goblin mode" won the online vote by a landslide and got&nbsp;318,956 votes, which is about 93 per cent of the total.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The phrase first appeared online in 2009, however, it gained popularity earlier this year as a result of a made-up incident involving actress Julia Fox and a well-liked Reddit post describing someone acting in a goblin-like manner.</p>

<p>"I think that Goblin Mode really does speak to the times and the zeitgeist, and it is certainly a 2022 expression,"&nbsp;said Ben Zimmer, American linguist and one of the panellists who chose the finalists. "People are looking at social norms in new ways. It gives people the license to ditch social norms and embrace new ones."</p>

And, a new EU-funded study has proved that risky, delinquent and sometimes even criminal online behaviour is getting normalised among young netizens, more than ever today.</p>

<p>New research has found that one in every four 16 to 19-year-olds have trolled someone online and one in every three have engaged in digital piracy.</p>

<p>The study, which was conducted in nine European countries including the UK among 8,000 young people, also found that one in every eight surveyees&nbsp;had&nbsp;engaged in online harassment, one in every 10 had&nbsp;engaged in hate speech or hacking, one in every five had engaged in sexting and four out of 10 had watched pornography.</p>

<p>Julia Davidson, a co-author of the research and professor of criminology at the University of East London (UEL), said, "The research indicates that a large proportion of young people in the EU are engaging in some form of cybercrime, to such an extent that the conduct of low-level crimes online and online risk-taking has become almost normalised."</p>

<p>Davidson also&nbsp;said that the research findings pointed to more male participation in such kinds of behaviour as compared to females, with nearly three-quarters of males admitting to some form of cybercrime or online risk-taking and 65 per cent of females admitting to the same.</p>

<p>The study was conducted in the UK, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Romania. The country with the highest proportion of cyber deviancy was Spain,&nbsp;followed by Romania, the Netherlands and Germany.</p>

<p>In a questionnaire, young people were questioned about 20 types of online behaviour, including looking at pornography, posting revenge porn, indulging in hate speech and making self-generated sexual images.</p>

<p>According to the survey findings, about half of respondents engaged in behaviour that could be considered criminal in most jurisdictions, which includes&nbsp;hacking, money muling and non-consensual sharing of intimate images.</p>

<p>The survey also found that half of 16&nbsp;to 19-year-olds spent about four to seven hours a day on the internet while nearly four out of 10 spent more than eight hours a day online. And, the top five popular platforms among the group were YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and Snapchat.</p>

<p>The Academy Award nominee said she "didn't work for eight years" after taking over the Chairwoman duties at the organisation and that impacted her career in a big way.</p>

<p>Sharing that she "had no idea of the resistance, cruelty, hate and oppression that we would have to face", the 64-year-old revealed that she faced several threats while she did her best to bring a change in society.</p>
