<p>"Significant changes to a flight include departure or arrival times that are more than 3 hours domestically and 6 hours internationally; departures or arrivals from a different airport; increases in the number of connections; instances where passengers are downgraded to a lower class of service; or connections at different airports or flights on different planes that are less accessible or accommodating to a person with a disability," as per a DOT statement.&nbsp;</p>

During his medical check-ups in Tihar Jail, CM Kejriwal told doctors that he was taking insulin till last few years and stopped taking insulin a few months back on the advice of a Telangana doctor… Also, as per the MLC report available from RML Hospital, Kejriwal was neither advised any insulin nor any requirement of any insulin was indicated," the report read.</p>

<p>"On 10.04.2024 and 15.04.2024, Kejriwal was reviewed by a Medicine Specialist and advised oral anti-diabetic drugs / medicines... it is incorrect to state that Kejriwal was denied insulin at any point of time during his treatment," the report added.&nbsp;</p>

<p>AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj said that a conspiracy is being hatched for the 'slow death' of Kejriwal.&nbsp;</p>

<p>While addressing a press conference, Delhi cabinet minister Bhardwaj said, "I want to say with full responsibility that a conspiracy is underway for the slow death of Kejriwal."</p>

<p>The move comes after the Security Council on Thursday (Apr 18) rejected Palestine’s request for UN membership as Israel's ally, the United States vetoed the proposal. Ambassador Robert A. Wood of the United States voted against the draft resolution in the UNSC.&nbsp;</p>
