After the injunction, X had to hide nearly 65 posts which included Wakeley church stabbing videos. The social media site, earlier known as Twitter, had agreed to geo-block the posts so that users in Australia are not able to see them. However, the eSafety Commission stated that it was not sufficient. It demanded that the posts be pulled down by X globally and claimed that they are still easily accessible in Australia by using virtual private networks which mask the location of a user. As per the eSafety Commission, virtual private networks are used by nearly a quarter of Australians. The online watchdog had expressed worry that the video could be used for radicalising people online. However, lawyers representing X Corp said that there should have been no removal notice against the video as it was not overly graphic, did not meet the legal threshold for removal of the video as per Australian law and failed to glorify terrorism. The rains also sent sweeping ash and large rocks down Mount Marapi, the most active volcano on the archipelago’s Sumatra island.&nbsp;

“Until now our data shows that 37&nbsp;people died: 16 in Agam and 18 in Tanah Datar. At least 18 others are injured. We are also still searching for 16 other people,” West Sumatra disaster agency spokesman Ilham Wahab told AFP.

He also said search and rescue efforts involved local rescuers, police, soldiers and volunteers.&nbsp;

Cold lava, also known as lahar, is a mixture of volcanic material and pebbles that flow down a volcano’s slopes in the rain.

Earlier, on Sunday, nine bodies were identified, including that of a three-year-old and an eight-year-old, said the head of the local rescue agency Abdul Malik said in a statement.&nbsp;

The recent floods also came around a week after landslides and flooding killed at least 15 people and swept away homes and damaged roads in the Indonesian province of South Sulawesi.&nbsp;

Mount Marapi erupted late last year killing around 23 climbers who were caught by surprise by the eruption over the weekend which also led to an ash tower of 3,000 metres into the sky, which is higher than the volcano itself.&nbsp;

Poplewell’s mother was released in a hostage-sharing agreement in November last year, while his brother was killed during the October 7 attacks.&nbsp;

The 11-second footage shows Nadav in captivity with one black eye and with the text in Arabic and Hebrew that reads: “Time is running out. Your government is lying.”&nbsp;

Russia intensified its ground assault into Ukraine's Kharkiv region on Monday (May 13) as it has been attacking new areas with small groups to try to widen the front and stretch Ukraine's forces, the regional governor said, with the Ukrainian army admitting that Moscow was achieving "tactical success".&nbsp;

Four people have been killed by strikes in a Russian-held part of eastern Ukraine and a Russian border region, local officials said on Monday (May 13). The Russian-installed leader of the eastern Lugansk region of Ukraine said rockets had hit an industrial zone in the territory.&nbsp;

The region was occupied by Moscow during the course of the ongoing war against Ukraine.&nbsp;

"We already know of three killed and four wounded" in the attack on Krasnodon, which is known as Sorokyne in Ukrainian, the official, Leonid Pasechnik, said on social media.&nbsp;

Earlier, Russian officials said that at least 15 people were killed and scores injured on Sunday when a section of a Russian apartment block collapsed after being struck by fragments of a Soviet-era missile in Belgorod. As per the official, the missile was launched by Ukraine and shot down by Russia.&nbsp;

In recent weeks, Russia and Ukraine have escalated aerial attacks on each other's border regions, but the one that happened on Sunday was one of the deadliest attacks to date on the region of Belgorod.&nbsp;

Russian officials claimed that Ukraine launched a massive missile attack, involving Tochka ballistic missiles and Adler and RM-70 Vampire (MLRS) multiple-launch rocket systems.&nbsp;

Russia's defence ministry said at least 12 missiles were involved in the Belgorod strikes, which it called a "terrorist attack on residential areas".

"Fragments of one of the downed Tochka-U missiles damaged an apartment building in the city of Belgorod," the ministry said.&nbsp;

The Canadian police on Friday (May 3) arrested three alleged Indian nationals in relation to&nbsp;the killing of Sikh separatist leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada.

Nijjar, 45, was shot dead last June by masked gunmen in a busy car park in a Vancouver suburb.

The Superintendent Mandeep Mooker while announcing the arrest of the suspects said, “the three suspects were Karan Brar, 22, Kamal Preet Singh, 22, and 28-year-old Karan Preet Singh.”

“All three of them had been living in Edmonton, Alberta where they were arrested. They have been charged with first-degree murder, as well as conspiracy to commit murder,” Mooker added.

Police further said that investigations&nbsp;is not only "limited to the involvement of the people arrested."

"There are separate and distinct investigations ongoing into these matters. Certainly not limited to the involvement of the people arrested," Assistant Commissioner David Teboul said.

It is worth mentioning that the killing of Nijjar sparked a major diplomatic row between India and Canada.

The diplomatic row escalated after Prime Minister Justin Trudeau alleged involvement of Indian&nbsp;government in the incident. Delhi strongly denied the allegation.

Nijjar's origins trace back to Jalandhar's Bharsingh Pura village, and he relocated to Canada in 1996.

Although initially a plumber in Canada, Nijjar's financial standing saw a remarkable uptick due to his involvement in pro-Khalistan activities.
