The manufacturing company Bayer Ltd asked women to not use the pills from the affected batch after the news of a mix-up. It also asked women to immediately consult a medical professional if they had already been using it.

According to a BBC report, the company claims&nbsp;to have found the "root cause" of the issue and has fixed it.&nbsp;

A normal pack of Yaz Plus contains 24 hormone-containing pills, pink in colour, followed by four hormone-free and inactive pills, orange in colour. But after the mix-up, a few packs were carrying 24 hormone-free and inactive pills only.

"While only a limited number of packs from the respective batch is affected, as a precautionary measure, no tablets from these packs shall be used until you have consulted your healthcare practitioner, as they may potentially not provide the contraceptive protection you expect," Bayer Ltd's recall notice read as per BBC. &nbsp;

The company has also asked people having the packets from the affected batch to return them to pharmacies for a replacement or refund.&nbsp;

Eric Chauke, regulatory affairs head at Bayer, as per Bizcommunity said, "This is a Class II Type A recall which is intended for medicines that possibly could cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health problems or mistreatment."

Former commander-in-chief of Ukraine has claimed that the world has already entered the phase of the third World War, with the direct involvement of two superpowers in the raging conflict—The United States and Russia.

Valery Zaluzhny, <a href="https://www.wionews.com/world/ukraine-army-chief-valery-zaluzhny-dismissed-zelensky-says-time-for-changes-at-top-of-military-688378">who was dismissed by Ukrainian&nbsp;President Volodymyr Zelensky in February</a> this year in a significant military shake-up, said that the Ukraine conflict had already escalated beyond a regional war and powers like the US, North Korea, Iran and China are playing a major role.

Zaluzhny’s comments possibly referred to Ukraine using US and UK-supplied long-range missiles for strikes inside Russia.

The former Ukrainian army chief, who is now serving as Ukraine’s envoy to the United Kingdom, was speaking at Ukrainska Pravda's UP100 award ceremony. “I believe that in 2024 we can absolutely believe that the Third World War has begun,” said Zaluzhny.

<h2>Ukraine war: ‘No longer a regional conflict’</h2>

Zaluzhny highlighted that the alleged presence of North Korean troops inside Russia and the potential deployment of Chinese weapons on the battlefield showed that the Ukraine war was no longer a regional conflict.

"Because in 2024, Ukraine is no longer facing Russia. Soldiers from North Korea are standing in front of Ukraine. Let's be honest,” said the ex-army chief of Ukraine. “Already in Ukraine, the Iranian 'Shahedis' are killing civilians absolutely openly, without any shame,” he added.

According to reports in Western media, Russia has ordered the deployment of some 50,000 troops hailing from both Russia and North Korea for an impending counter-offensive in Russia's&nbsp;Kursk Oblast, parts of which are currently under Ukrainian occupation.

Ham heist worth over $200,000 occurs in 'unusual' location in Spain

A man from the United States&nbsp;who faked his death and fled the country, now sent his video to Wisconsin investigators to prove that he is alive and safe.&nbsp;

Ryan Borgwardt, 45, went missing on August 12 while on a solo fishing trip, as per Lake County Sheriff's Office.&nbsp;

Initially, it looked like Ryan had drowned which led to the search of the lake for 54 days until the digital evidence led police to suspect he had fled to Eastern Europe. The authorities said Ryan owed them $40,000 for the cost that went into his search.&nbsp;

Ryan could also be charged with obstructing the investigation into his disappearance, said police.

Green Lake County Sheriff Mark Podoll told a press conference on Thursday (Nov 21) that the authorities had been in contact with Ryan since earlier this month, after contacting a woman who speaks Russian.

“Good evening, it’s Ryan Borgwardt,” he says. “Today is 11 November. It’s approximately 10 am by you guys. I’m in my apartment.

"I am safe, secure, no problem. I hope this works.”

In place of a priest, Peter’s chapel in Lucerne, the oldest church in the Swiss city, plugged in an AI-powered computer in the confessional booth.

They are calling it Deus in Machina, which is part of a collaboration with a local university on immersive reality.

“We wanted to see and understand how people react to an AI Jesus. What would they talk with him about? Would there be interest in talking to him? We’re probably pioneers in this,” The Guardian quoted Marco Schmid from the church who is part of the project as saying.

According to the Guardian report, more than 1,000 people including tourists from China and Vietnam as well as Muslims 'talked' to Jesus.

And as per Schmid, two-thirds of them felt it was a spiritual experience.&nbsp;

“So we can say they had a religiously positive moment with this AI Jesus. For me, that was surprising,” the paper quoted him as saying. But there were some who felt the interaction was mechanical.
