Morning News Brief: China's second COVID-19 wave, US withdraws hydroxychloroquine and more

Amid growing fears of a second wave of coronavirus, as China tested thousands of residents in capital Beijing, the city reported another 27 coronavirus cases which were reportedly domestically transmitted.

US Food and Drug Administration(FDA) has withdrawn emergency authorization of hydroxychloroquine(HCQ) and chloroquine (CQ) to treat coronavirus patients.
