Chinese President Xi Jinping attended a grand gala in Lhasa marking the 60th founding anniversary of the Xizang Autonomous Region. The event featured cultural performances in three parts, highlighting the region's socialist development, reform-driven transformation, and modern prosperity. Senior leaders including Wang Huning and Cai Qi were also in attendance. Xi arrived in Lhasa earlier Wednesday with a central delegation for the celebrations.
