In a video shared on X, two individuals were seen tackling the suspect and pinning him down on the floor, repeatedly punching them till two police officers came and detained them.

<h2 lang="en-US">Police detain three suspects in shootout</h2>

In a press conference, Kansas City Police Chief Stacey Graves said that they have detained three people and are carrying out an investigation into the deadly shooting, which she termed a "tragedy." 
 
The shooting happened west of Union Station, near the garage, when the fans of Kansas City Chiefs were leaving, as per Kansas City police. 
 
Kansas City Mayor Quinton Lucas said that 600 Kansas City, Missouri Police Department officers as well as 250 officers from outside agencies had reached the site of the shootout. 
 
The mayor spoke with Kansas City Chiefs who said that they are praying for the safety of everyone present at the parade and that their players, coaches and staff are all safe.

Nearly 1 million people were likely part of the&nbsp;celebratory parade on Wednesday (Feb 14). Speaking to KMBC, paradegoer Arnold Sauther said that after the rally ended, the Chiefs players moved into Union Station, and their fans followed them to get autographs. 
 
"I am angry. The people who came to this celebration should expect a safe environment,” Graves said. 
 
A statement was released by Missouri Governor Mike Parson, saying, "I want to start with a thank you to Kansas City Police along with other state and local first responders who were able to quickly take two individuals into custody and provide critical care to victims following today's shooting." 
 
"This was a tragic conclusion to a celebration we had all looked forward to," he said. 
 
The mayor, who was present at the parade along with his wife and mother, was among those who ran to safety after the shootout.

Cheap 4G data in the country has increased preference for video content for mobile users and 40 per cent of them prefer to watch video advertisements over image and text, as per a survey by MoMagic Technologies.

&quot;A significant 40 per cent of the 35,000 people surveyed said that they prefer to watch videos as form of advertisement on mobile phones over other mediums as falling 4G data prices are pushing Indians to consume more video content. Some people in the survey were found to be consuming 2GB data everyday,&quot; MoMagic Technologies CEO and Founder Arun Gupta told reporters today.

As per the survey, 24 per cent people prefer advertisements in image format and 11 per cent in small text message form.

Most of the mobile advertisement were viewed by people while playing mobile games and watching videos on web platforms like YouTube.

Out of total, 28.7 per cent watched mobile ads for winning credits in games, 25.5 per cent while shopping online and 23.6 per cent for product related information.

&quot;Consumers have displayed an increased interest in content-rich storytelling rather than abrupt banner ads. This trend creates deep lasting impact (i.E., a purchase) and is set to continue through 2018-2019,&quot; Gupta said.

Around 34 per cent of the people in the survey said mobile ads are important for them.

The MediaTek and Foxconn funded firm found that 37 per cent of the people, ranging from teenagers to those above 70 years, view their mobile phones over six times in an hour due to high level of addiction fuelled by internet related activities such as social media and online videos.

&quot;This has led to rapid consumption of mobile ads as 56 per cent of the respondents see these ads at least 2-3 times in a day,&quot; Gupta said.
