<p>Home to previous residencies by singers Celine Dion, Cher, Elton John, Mariah Carey and Rod Stewart, the grand opening was major for Usher fans. During the show, Usher said at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, “This feels so good that I don’t want to close the curtain.”</p>

<p>With an electrifying set that set the mood for the residency, Usher told fans “You’re in Vegas” as he launched into a snippet of “My Way”. He then rolled out hits after hits kicking off with “Caught Up”, “Love in This Club” and “Party”. There was also “Lovers and Friends” and “There Goes My Baby.”</p>

<p>Working his way through a playlist that also included “DJ Got Us Fallin’ in Love,” “OMG” and, of course, “Yeah”, Usher jumped off the stage to chat with the audience and then sang “My Boo”, “U Remind Me”.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Before closing with a heartfelt performance of “Without You,” the 2011 David Guetta track he guested on, Usher told the audience, “I want to take two seconds to appreciate this moment. Thank you so much for being here. I couldn’t do this without you.”&nbsp;</p>

<p>A Las Vegas dancer has accused Usher of paying her with fake dollar bills with his face on them.&nbsp; The bills are meant to promote his upcoming Vegas residency show and have no monetary value.</p>

<p>The dancer shared images of what appears to be legitimate money. However, a closer look shows Usher's face on the bills along with the words "The Las Vegas Residency."<br />

"Ladies what would you do if you danced all night for usher and he threw this??" she wrote alongside the images on her Instagram Story on April 12. She added, "The money does not have a trade in value what so ever! Lmao don't y'all think he should be blasted on social media for this?"<br />

Usher is back with a new album ‘Hard II Love’ this September that will be a follow-up to 2012’s Looking 4 Myself. This will be his eighth studio album. The R&B singer debuted two singles in June this year, ‘No Limit’ and ‘Crash’. According to the Entertainment Weekly, both these songs appear on his new album. The title was initially reported as UR, and later Flawed. Usher has been teasing fans about the album since 2013. His last album ‘Looking 4 Myself’ in 2012 debuted at No 1 on the Billboard.
