The policemen, who refused to take the two teenage youth to the hospital in Saharanpur in their patrol car because of their unwillingness to &quot;soil car with blood&quot;, were earlier suspended on Saturday.

&quot;The concerned policemen were suspended immediately. We will receive a report within 24 hours after which we will take action accordingly,&quot; Saharanpur Additional Superintendent of Police (SP) Prabal Pratap Singh told ANI.

The victims were left to die on the road in Saharanpur after their bike rammed into an electric pole and they fell into a canal. They later succumbed to their injuries.

A video of the incident has gone viral and shows a young man crying and pleading the police to help his friends.

As he was pleading he begged a man standing nearby to check the pulse of his heavily bleeding friend. The reply was &quot;he is dead.&quot;

&quot;Bhaiya iski body thandi ho rhi hai. Kuch to karo. (His body is getting cold, please do something.),&quot; pleaded the miserable friend.

However, the police officials examining the scene are not seen taking any action.

The video shows a car or two stopping but then after a brief conversation, moving away from the scene.

SP Singh had earlier said they have seen the brutal video and are taking &quot;disciplinary actions on the same.&quot;

The grieving father one of the youth on Saturday demanded an inquiry asserting that what the police did was nothing short of murder.

&quot;Had my child received first aid on time, he could have been saved. Even the doctors say that. I want a case to be made on the concerned cops. It is murder in a way,&quot; he said.
