The Enforcement Directorate has issued a notice to former finance minister P Chidambaram asking him to appear for questioning tomorrow in the Aircel-Maxis case, ANI reported sources as saying.&nbsp;

The authorities began looking at the Aircel-Maxis deal after Aircel owner C Sivasankaran lodged a complaint with the Central Bureau of Investigation alleging he was pressurised to sell his stake to Maxis.

The CBI and the ED are both investigating the case.&nbsp;

In February this year, the CBI arrested Chidambaram's son Karti in connection with the case.

In September 2017, the Enforcement Directorate attached assets belonging to Karti worth Rs 1.16 crore.&nbsp;
