<p>The white lights later whizzed through the clouds as the camera zoomed in. The person in the video can then be heard saying, "What the hell are they?" before saying the lights might be "UFOs".</p>

<p>Several people on social media also believed the lights were UFOs and had come to warn them about the impending disaster. But others think that they were merely birds reflecting light, or could also just be drones.</p>

<p>The lights were seen over Barcelona, and days later the storm named DANA caused the fatal floods. The death toll is still rising, with more than 200 people confirmed dead.&nbsp;</p>
