In November 2023, an FIR was lodged against Elvish and five others for allegedly&nbsp;supplying snake venom to different parties. His name emerged after&nbsp;Uttar Pradesh's Noida Police raided a rave party on suspicion of&nbsp;snake venom being used after getting a tip-off from NGO People for Animals (PFA) last year.&nbsp;The police rescued&nbsp;nine snakes&nbsp;including five cobras, and 20 ml of suspected snake venom from the same banquet hall in Noida.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In the FIR, complainant Gaurav Gupta of PFA also mentioned Elvish Yadav's videos that showed him with live snakes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 26-year-old social media star has denied all the charges against him claiming that all are fake as he promised to fully cooperate with the ongoing police investigation. Elvish was questioned on November 7, when he allegedly claimed that singer Fazilpuria supplied snakes to the rave party&nbsp;for a&nbsp;video shoot.</p>

<p>"When I woke up in the morning, I saw reports that I had been arrested, and I was caught with intoxicating substances. All these reports and charges against me are fake. <p>Earlier on Friday, the police arrested five people and rescued nine snakes from a banquet hall in Noida's Sector 51. They had allegedly arrived there for a party and were caught after a trap laid by an animal rights group -- People for Animals (PFA).</p>

<p>In the FIR, complainant Gaurav Gupta of PFA stated that he came to know that Elvish Yadav used to make videos with live snakes and snake venom in Noida and other parts of NCR with his associates and illegally organised rave parties.</p>
