The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police has formally arrested Ranbaxy's former promoter Malvinder Singh. Singh was detained from Punjab's Ludhiana based on the complaint given by Manpreet Singh Suri of Religare Finvest Ltd (RFL) in an alleged fraud case.
