<p>The Congress party also hinted at&nbsp;forming an alliance to defeat the&nbsp;BJP-RSS in the&nbsp;2019 elections.</p>

<p>The party resolved to adopt a &quot;pragmatic approach&quot; for cooperation with all like-minded parties and evolve a common workable programme.&nbsp;</p>
