It's the season of sequels and comebacks and the iconic show Frasier is returning too. The popular show is being revived after 19 years and it will have actor Kelsey Grammer reprising the iconic Frasier Crane role.&nbsp; 
 
The reboot is set to debut on October 12 with its first two episodes on Paramount+ in the US and Canada.&nbsp; 
 
A new teaser has Kelsey performing the show’s theme song, "Tossed Salads &amp; Scrambled Eggs." 

Frasier first premiered in 1993 and has 11 seasons. 
 
"The new series follows Dr&nbsp;Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer) in the next chapter of his life as he returns to Boston with new challenges to face, new relationships to forge and an old dream or two to finally fulfill," a press release said. "Frasier has re-entered the building!"

Kelsey has been listed as the only original cast member set to return. Other stars who will appear in the show include Jack Cutmore-Scott, Nicholas Lyndhurst, Toks Olagundoye, Jess Salgueiro and Anders Keith.

"Niles (Crane) and Daphne (Moon) are not coming back," Kelsey previously told TODAY of the characters played by David Hyde Pierce and Jane Leeves. "If there is a spot for a one-off appearance, and they're interested, I'm sure we would do something like that. But, it's a new world. It's a new life. Frasier's going back to Boston to put himself back in a place where he didn't feel like he quite made it." Kelsey added, “He wants to feel like he conquered it again.” Kelsey also told the news outlet PEOPLE that David “wasn’t really interested in repeating the performance of Niles.” 
 
Frasier is written by Chris Harris and Joe Cristalli. The iconic show has won as many as 37 Emmys.

‘The Alienist’ star Q’orianka Kilcher has landed herself in legal trouble in Los Angeles County. KTLA reports the actress is being charged with workers’ compensation fraud, as per Deadline. Kilcher apparently worked on the Paramount+ 'Yellowstone' television show, while collecting temporary disability insurance benefits.&nbsp;

According to the actress, she injured her neck and shoulder while filming 'Dora and the Lost City of Gold’ and told doctors she was too injured to work. She also explained that she was offered other roles but had to turn them down due to her circumstances.

"As such, Ms Kilcher will vigorously defend herself and asks that she be afforded the presumption of innocence both in and outside the courthouse," said the attorney, Michael Becker.&nbsp;

KTLA writes, "Kilcher, who lives in North Hollywood, went to see a doctor a few times that year, but stopped treatment and did not respond to the insurance company that was handling her claim on behalf of her employer. According to records, she returned to the doctor and started receiving disability benefits five days after last working on the show," officials said.

The Kings also have the ‘The Good Wife’ spinoff ‘The Good Fight’ under their King Size Productions banner, which is expected to end later this year with its sixth and final season, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

The Kings are also behind Showtime’s ‘Your Honor’, which actor Bryan Cranston recently disclosed would terminate after its second season on the premium cable network. ‘The Bite’, which airs on Spectrum Originals, is also executive produced by the duo.

Paramount + dropped the first look image of Tulsa King starring Sylvester Stallone in which he stars as his mob boss character, Dwight.

The show marks the first major lead TV show for Sylvester Stallone in a long time.&nbsp;He was earlier seen as guest on a number of classics like ‘Police Story’, ‘Kojak’ but this was in the ‘70s. Most recently he was seen in ‘This Is Us’.&nbsp;

Good news for Ray Donovan fans as Showtime confirmed bringing back the cancelled drama.&nbsp;

At the recently held ViacomCBS' investor day that was largely focused on the rebranding of streamer CBS All Access to Paramount+, the cancelled drama that ran for seven seasons and was abruptly called off for future seasons was announced to be revived.&nbsp;

The revival, however, will have a one-off movie on the show starring Liev Schreiber. He will return to star alongside Jon Voight and Kerris Dorsey as Ray's father and daughter, respectively. Filming will begin later this year in New York.&nbsp;

The feature-length film on Ray Donovan will be written by Schreiber and showrunner David Hollander, with the latter set to direct.&nbsp;

The film will pick up where season seven left off. The official description of the feature according to Showtime reads: Mickey is in the wind and Ray is determined to find and stop him before he can cause any more carnage. It will also weave together the present-day fallout from the Donovan/Sullivan feud with Ray and Mickey's origin story from 30 years ago.

This is not the first time when a wrap-up movie has been planned for a show. Similar to this, HBO revived ‘Deadwood’ to bring the David Milch series to a proper end in 2019. Other series that came back with a one-off movie to wrap their runs include ‘Firefly’ (Serenity), ‘Breaking Bad’ (El Camino), ‘Veronica Mars’ (which was later revived as a limited series), ‘Sense8’ and ‘Transparent’.
