In the past three decades, Burgess has worked with premium car manufacturers, such as Rolls Royce, Bentley in his early career, Aston Martin and Jaguar Land Rover, and more recently with Lotus Cars. With his expertise in vehicle design, He joined Ola in April 2021, with an intensive body of work, drawing expertise in vehicle design from some of the most renowned car manufacturers.&nbsp;

In the very first six months of this tenure, Burgess’s contribution to Ola Electric incorporated construction of FutureFactory which was built in Tamil Nadu, and it is also the world’s largest two-wheeler factory, as Ola claims.&nbsp;
