Brazil on Thursday (Nov 30) confirmed that it will be joining the OPEC+ group of oil-producing countries in January 2024 after the technical analysis of the charter to enter into a cooperation is completed, said the country's Mines and Energy Minister Alexandre Silveira, although there is no clarity on the nature of Brazil's participation.
