Actor Vikrant Massey won the Best Actor award at the 71st National Film Awards on Tuesday. The actor won for his stunning performance in Vidhu Vinod Chopra's 12th Fail. Vikrant shared the award with actor Shah Rukh Khan who won for Jawan.
