However, an MCA official has lashed out at Shaw, blaming him for his downfall due to fitness and disciplinary issues.
The official said, speaking anonymously to the news agency PTI, "The ball would pass near him, and he would barely make an effort to reach it. Even while batting, he struggled to reach the ball. His fitness, discipline, and attitude are lacking, and we cannot have different rules for different players."

Speaking to the media earlier this year, Dhoni said, "To me, it was not the winning moment, it was 15-20 minutes ago when emotionally I was very high. And at the same time, I wanted to get done with it. We knew that we would win this from here, and it was very difficult for us to lose. You know, it’s a very difficult (atmosphere) one to replicate. But it can only be replicated if the occasion is similar to that (in 2011) and there are like 40, 50 or 60,000 people who are singing."

MCA to auction two seats where MS Dhoni's 2011 World Cup-winning six ball landed

The Bombay High Court on Friday issued a notice to the Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) asking them how water would be arranged for maintaining the ground for the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches to be held in Pune.

The development comes a day after the remaining IPL matches of Chennai Super Kings were shifted from Tamil Nadu to the Maharashtra Cricket Association's (MCA) International Stadium in Pune in the wake of the ongoing protest against the Centre's alleged negligence in the formation of the Cauvery Management Board (CMB).

The Bombay High Court asked the MCA to explain how they would arrange water for preparing and maintaining ground in Pune to conduct matches of IPL shifted from Chennai to Pune.

The notice was issued on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by the NGO Loksatta Movement in 2016. Action on the petition, Bombay HC had during the ninth edition of the tournament in 2016 ordered Maharashtra to move all the IPL matches out of Mumbai's Wankhede stadium.

Loksatta argued that Pune gets water supply only from Pawana river and that if the ground is to be prepared for IPL matches a lot of water would be needed which eventually affect the water supply of the prevailing drought-like situation of the state.

The MCA has been given a deadline of April 18 to respond to this notice.

Earlier, CSK made a happy homecoming at MA Chidambaram Stadium and went on to beat Kolkata Knight Riders in the last-over thriller on Tuesday.

However, the clash was marred by controversy as 21 Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) party workers were arrested and sent to Puzhal Central Prison for holding protests over Cauvery issue outside Chennai's Chepauk Stadium in a bid to stop the match.

The protestors were demanding that the IPL matches should not be held when a more pressing matter - the Centre's failure to constitute the Cauvery Management Board (CMB) - was at the fore.&nbsp
