Several leaders from Afghanistan before the takeover by Taliban had also voiced their concern about Pakistan’s support to the group’s terrorists in Afghanistan. The most vocal of the lot was former Afghanistan vice president Amrullah Saleh. Scores of top Afghan Taliban leaders were seen hiding in Pakistan. And Pakistan also played a crucial role in Taliban’s win in the war-torn country. &nbsp;

The country through its intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) has been making plans for taking revenge for incurring losses in the Indo-Pak wars and humiliation during the liberation of East Pakistan, which is now Bangladesh. &nbsp;

The Pakistan seems to have tried several ways to put India down for many decades. These methods include cross-border terrorism, plane hijacks, bomb blasts, etc. &nbsp;

The striking revelations were also made by captured terrorists, such as Lashkar-e-Taiba member Ajmal Kasab, who took part in the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks. &nbsp;&nbsp;

According to the latest Congressional report on terrorism, Pakistan is home to at least 12 groups designated as 'foreign terrorist organisations' by the US, including five of them being India-centric like the Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed. &nbsp;

Pakistan has been supporting these terror groups for years. Several camps have also been established across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir for training of the terrorists. &nbsp;&nbsp;

While addressing the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also targeted Pakistan without mentioning its name by saying that countries with "regressive thinking" that are using terrorism as a "political tool" need to understand that terrorism is an equally big threat for them. &nbsp;&nbsp;

But the real question is that will the Pakistan learn from these experiences and mend its ways to ensure its own growth and success. Only time will tell. &nbsp;&nbsp;

Will Pakistan stop aiding terrorists ever?  

A leader from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) lambasted Pakistan for using the occupied territory as a "launching pad for terrorists" and extremists. Speaking on the sidelines of a conference titled, "State of Jammu Kashmir contemporary challenges to combat terrorism, extremism and human rights violations", exiled leader, Sardar Shaukat Ali Kashmiri asked Pakistan to "stop funding and breeding" the terrorists.

"Extremism and terrorism are big challenges in our region. So, we are trying our best to strengthen the civil society and highlight their miseries," said Sardar Shaukat Ali Kashmiri, Chairman of United Kashmir People's National Party (UKPNP).

The event organized by Jammu Kashmir International People's Alliance (JKIPA) was attended by human rights experts, intellectuals and diplomats.

Pakistan has backed terror groups like Laskar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed to set up terror camps in PoK, near the Line of Control (LoC) and make them infiltrate into the Kashmir valley.

Cross-border infiltration by these terrorists results in the exchange of firing between the security forces on both sides of the border. Kashmiri said the people living in the border areas also suffer due to cross-border firing.

"The people of PoK are suffering too much because when the extremists or the militants infiltrate into another part of Jammu and Kashmir, ultimately the Indian military stop them through firing and Pakistan also engage with the Indian Army. Both sides, whether it is another part of Kashmir or this part of Kashmir, the people are dying", said the PoK leader.

He added, "We are trying to save our people. Stop the infiltrations. Pakistan must stop the policy of using extremists and terrorists".

At the conference, a resolution was also passed reiterating commitment to oppose all forms of terrorism, extremism, fundamentalism in PoK and in Jammu and Kashmir.
