The annual Islamic pilgrimage of Hajj began on July 29. The holy structure of the Kaaba situated inside Mecca's Grand Mosque was adorned with a new cover called Kiswa (black cloth). A process administered by the staff of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques following the annual tradition.
