The legal team of actress Amber Heard has filed a request for a new trial in her defamation case against her ex-husband Johnny Depp. Claiming that a juror who was not called for duty participated in the trial, Heard appealed to the court on Friday and said that her right to “a jury trial and due process” was “undermined and compromised”.
