However, recently, a video on Twitter went viral where a doctor took an unexpected decision to save a patient's life. It is turning out to be an inspiring tale for many.&nbsp;

The incident took place on August 30, when Dr. Govind Nandakumar, a gastroenterology surgeon at Manipal Hospitals, was on his way to perform a surgery. Having said that, he got packed up in traffic. After a few minutes, the doctor realised he was falling behind schedule and needed to act quickly because an urgent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery was required.

Govind, in an interview, said, "The last stretch usually takes 10 mins. I was stuck in the traffic, getting nervous about being late. I checked Google Maps which showed that it will take another 45 minutes."

He further continued, "I commute every day from central Bangalore to Manipal Hospitals, Sarjapur, which is in the Southeast of Bangalore. I left home well in time for the surgery. My team was all set and prepared to perform the surgery as soon as I would reach the hospital. Looking at the huge traffic, I decided to leave the car with the driver and ran towards the hospital without thinking twice," DNA reported.

The team led by Dr. Nandakumar was ready to put the patient to sleep and started to work as soon as he reached the operating room. The process began immediately. The surgery went well, and the patient was promptly discharged from the hospital.

People believe that waterlogging and traffic congestion were brought on by the city's heavy rain leading to heavy traffic in the city. Several videos went viral showing vehicles stuck on a long traffic route.

In a picture he posted along with the message, he listed the names of all the eight leaders of the member states who will attend the summit in the country from September 15th to 16th.

The leaders include the host Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Pakistani PM Shehbaz Sharif, Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov, and Tajikistan's President Emomali Rahmon. 
 
The grouping, which was formed in 2001, is one of the largest on the planet in terms of geographical size, population, and GDP. In all, 15 leaders will be attending the mega summit, including eight&nbsp;member countries, three&nbsp;observer countries, and four invited guests. The leaders of the observer countries include Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, and Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh. 
 
The leaders who have been invited as guests at the summit are Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev, Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedow.

The summit is happening at a time when&nbsp;global geopolitical changes, including the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the Taiwan Strait crisis, and provides ample opportunities for the leaders to also hold bilateral talks. It is not known right now if PM Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping will hold talks or not, but ahead of the summit, they announced the start of disengagement at Gogra-Hotsprings PP15, which is expected to be concluded by Monday, September 12th.

The ministry of external affairs said, "It has been agreed that all temporary structures and other allied infrastructure created in the area by both sides will be dismantled and mutually verified. The landforms in the area will be restored to the pre-stand-off period by both sides."

The development comes after the 16th round of the India-China Corps Commander Level Meeting that took place on July 17th. India and China have already undertaken disengagement at finger areas of Pangong Lake (Feb 2021), Gogra Hot Springs PP17, Galwan. But friction areas like Depsang and Demchok remain. 
 
Ties between the two&nbsp;countries&nbsp;have nosedived since the 2020 Galwan incident, in which aggressive actions by Chinese forces led to the deaths of 20 Indian soldiers. China, after much delay, accepted that it lost four of its soldiers, a claim that remains doubtful given Beijing's track record on transparency.

It is also not yet known if he will be meeting Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif, and the likelihood also remains dim. The relationship between India and Pakistan remains in a deep freeze over Islamabad's support for cross-border terror. After New Delhi removed the special status for the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir in 2019, Pakistan suspended people-to-people and trade ties with it.

This year, the grouping also expanded to include Iran as its ninth&nbsp;member. The last major expansion of the grouping was in 2017 when both India and Pakistan became members.

Last week, Russian President Putin confirmed that he would hold talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping. He told Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China Li Zhanshu, "I will meet with President Xi Jinping soon, during the events related to the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which will be held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan." 
 
Li Zhanshu, the third highest ranking leader in the Chinese communist party, was in Russia to participate in the Eastern Economic Forum.

It is important to know that this will be the first foreign visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping abroad since the COVID pandemic. He last visited abroad three&nbsp;years ago, which was a visit to Myanmar in January 2020.

The Economic Times reported that the target for the company is to produce the first batch of iPhones in India by December this year at the Foxconn factory near Chennai.

While the average shipments of iPhones to India is somewhere near 370,000 units, experts believe that the manufacturing plant can result in India getting around 570,000 units in 2022.

India has announced a day of state mourning on September 11 “as a mark of respect” for the British monarch Queen Elizabeth following her death. The 96-year-old was the longest ruling monarch in British history, and has been succeeded by her eldest son who will assume the title of King Charles III.

The Union ministry of home affairs made the announcement through a press release on Friday.

"Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, passed away on 8th September 2022. As a mark of respect to the departed dignitary, the Government of India has decided that there will be one day State Mourning on September 11th throughout India," it stated.

Following the demise of Queen Elizabeth II, King Charles III released a heartfelt message.

“The death of my beloved Mother, Her Majesty The Queen, is a moment of the greatest sadness for me and all members of my family,” Charles said in a statement on Thursday.

Dubbed 'Agnilet', the engine is said to be the world's first single-piece 3-D printed rocket engine and was successfully test-fired in early 2021.&nbsp;

Typically, rocket engines have thousands of parts, however, Agnikul says that they have designed their engine to encapsulate all of these parts into a single piece of hardware, with zero assembled parts.

Elaborating on their achievement, Srinath Ravichandran, co-founder &amp; CEO, of Agnikul said, “Rocket engines usually have thousands of parts in them - starting from injectors that inject fuel into the engine, to the cooling channels that cool the engine, to the igniter that is necessary to ignite the propellants. Designing Agnilet as a single piece of hardware has not been an easy ride, but our team has proved it to be otherwise". He also thanked their mentors from the aerospace industry, academia and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).&nbsp;

Recently, Agnikul had inaugurated its 'Rocket Factory- 1', which is said to be India’s first-ever rocket facility dedicated to 3D print such rocket engines. Situated at the IIT Madras Research Park in Chennai, the new state-of-the-art production facility houses world-class machinery, including a 400mm x 400mm x 400mm metal 3D printer from EOS, and a host of other machines that will enable end-to-end manufacturing of a rocket engine under one roof.

Founded in 2017 by Srinath Ravichandran, Moin SPM &amp; Prof. SR Chakravarthy, IIT Madras, Agnikul is on a mission to make space accessible and affordable. The Indian launch vehicle start-up is working on launching satellites to Low Earth Orbits from Indian soil. Thus far, only the government-run Indian Space Research Organization has been building and launching rockets from India. However, start-ups have set their sights on space, with the reforms that are being implemented in India's space sector.&nbsp;
