A police officer said on Sunday morning that they found the child's body. The child had severe injuries, bite marks all over, and its one hand was missing, suggesting a crocodile attack. The body was sent for examination to determine the exact cause of death. The police are still investigating.

Earlier, India's Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) had underlined how terrorists were being provided a safe haven abroad, calling for the government of Canada to act upon it.

"Terrorism is being funded and supported by our western neighbour Pakistan, but the issue of safe havens and places to operate are being provided abroad, including in Canada," the then MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi had said.&nbsp;

"We would want the Canadian government to not provide safe havens to terrorists and to take action against those who are facing terrorism charges or send them here to face charges," he added.

The atmosphere of normalcy across the region is an indicator that the poll percentage will be much higher than the poll percentage of the 2019 elections. The two phases that have happened in the Jammu region have also shown immense participation as they have also crossed the previous records. It's very likely that the poll percentage would be better this time. The two parliamentary seats that went to election were good. We have seen 50-60 per cent voting in North Kashmir, and we are expecting the same. Central Kashmir will cross the mark of 50 per cent for sure, and similarly south Kashmir will also see good voting as well. Rajouri, Poonch will also see a good response," said P K Pole, Chief Election Officer of Jammu and Kashmir.

The chief of APNI Party Altaf Bukhari held a roadshow from Dastgeer Sahib’s shrine in Khanyar to the historic Jamia Masjid in Nowhatta in the downtown area of Srinagar on Monday. People and party workers attended this rally in huge numbers and it eventually culminated at the historic Jamia Masjid.

"People are very hopeful and are coming out of free will. They are hoping that it's the beginning of a new era in Jammu and Kashmir. These individuals are wanted for their alleged involvement in the attack, which claimed the life of an Indian Air Force personnel.

Corporal Vikky Pahade of the Indian Air Force (IAF) lost his life in an ambush, and four others sustained injuries when terrorists targeted an IAF convoy near Shahsitar in Poonch district on Saturday evening (May 4).

Corporal Pahade had resumed duty just 15 days ago after attending his sister's wedding. He was stationed in Jammu and Kashmir.

Hailing from Nonia Karbal area in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, Pahade enlisted in the Indian Air Force in 2011. He is survived by his wife, Rina, and son, Hardik.

The soldier's sister, Geeta Pahade, expressed her pride in her brother.

Our deepest condolences to the bereaved family. We stand firmly by your side in this hour of grief," read a post on the official X handle of the Indian Air Force (IAF).

The Indian Army is looking carefully in the Shahsitar area. They're using bulletproof vehicles and dogs to find the terrorists who attacked.

On Sunday, a number of high-ranking officers went to the site following the attack and supervised the search effort.

"Corps Commander of 16 Corps &amp; ADG Jammu Zone Anand Jain accompanied by GOC Romeo Force, IGP CRPF &amp; DIG RP Range today visited the area &amp; monitored the ongoing massive search operation. Many suspects have been picked up for questioning," said Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Jammu, as quoted by PTI.

Pahade was supposed to be home for his son's birthday on May 7. He was from Nonia-Karbal village in Madhya Pradesh's Chhindwara district.

Corporal Pahade had resumed duty just 15 days ago after attending his sister's wedding. He was stationed in Jammu and Kashmir. Hailing from Nonia Karbal area in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, Pahade enlisted in the Indian Air Force in 2011. He is survived by his wife, Rina, and son, Hardik. The video that's spreading online shows other teachers and staff members attempting to stop the fight between the two women. As reported by NDTV, the principal physically attacked Gunjan Choudhary, a teacher at the school.

In the widely circulated video, it's evident that the principal started the altercation by assaulting the teacher. During the scuffle, a voice in the background can be heard saying, "This is being recorded. Madam, you're being disrespectful. Is this appropriate?" Meanwhile, a man attempted to intervene and separate the two women.

While they were fighting, both women pulled at each other's clothes. The principal's clothes got a little torn, and she asked, "Is she going to tear my clothes?"

The report says that the two women insulted each other verbally during the fight.

The teacher allegedly said, "Maar ke dikha de agar dum hain toh. Kya kar lega tu aur tera driver&nbsp;(Hit&nbsp;me if you have guts. What will you and your driver do?)."

"Kisiki dadagiri nahi chalegi yahan&nbsp;(No one's unruly behaviour will be accepted here.)," the principal allegedly said.

According to the report, the principal later went to the police to file a complain against&nbsp;the teacher.
