<p>She crossed the 6000-run milestone against Australia during the ICC Worl Cup match against Australia. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Mithali joined another record holder Jhulan&nbsp;Goswami who is the lead wicket taker in the 50-over format.</p>

<p>Mithali replaced former England captain Charlotte Edwards who had scored 5992 runs.</p>

<p>She notched up the milestone in style with a huge six off leg-break bowler Kirsten Beams.</p>

<p>Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli congratulated Mithali on achieving this feat. &nbsp;</p>
