<p>Ananya Panday is the real-life Geet from <em>Jab We Met</em> when it comes to releasing frustration after a nasty breakup. Back in the day, her go-to remedy was to burn her ex's pictures to move on from past relationships.</p>

<p>In a recent interview with Galatta India, she said, "I don’t do that now (burn photos of her ex), but I have done it. It’s not like I’m the only person on earth who has done this. A lot of people have. It’s a nice way to release your frustration."</p>

<p>She also revealed that she has matured in recent years and she now deals with emotions in a very different way and likes to focus more on self-growth. "Just deal with it. Nothing is permanent. You will figure it out. It will get better and knowing that is good enough," she added.</p>
