<p>Delhi was hit by a <a href="http://www.wionews.com/india-news/22-dead-as-high-intensity-squall-hits-parts-of-rajasthan-134311">powerful thunderstorm</a> with wind speeds of 50-70 kmph on Monday night with the Meteorological department predicting rain in Delhi and adjoining areas in NCR.</p>

<p>Flights were delayed in the capital with power cuts and fallen trees reported in several areas.</p>

<p>Dust storm have already claimed over 130 lives in North India and left several wounded. The Delhi traffic police has&nbsp;issued a traffic advisory.&nbsp;</p>
