A 45-year-old man was beaten to death by a mob at Ludhiana&#39;s Tibba road after the car he was driving ran over a child.&nbsp;

As reported by Daily Post, the man identified as Sanjeet was driving an Indica car when it hit the child. He was&nbsp;reportedly rash driving when the child came under his wheels and died on the spot.&nbsp;

The driver, Sanjeet also suffered some injuries&nbsp;with 4 others on the road.&nbsp;

Soon after the mishap, a mob gathered and started beating the driver.&nbsp;Sanjeet lost his consciousness, when someone known&nbsp;to the accused, pulled him out of the crowd and rushed him to nearby DMC hospital. Driver succumbed to the injuries and died on his way to the hospital.&nbsp;

The deceased child has been identified as 8-years-old Armaan Rasool.&nbsp;
