<p>Earlier in the day, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner announced Tuesday that an inquiry has been opened into gatherings held at No. 10 Downing Street, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson's official residence and office, that may have breached coronavirus lockdown regulations.</p>
