&quot;Glee&quot; star Naya Rivera has been arrested and charged with domestic battery for assaulting her husband after an alleged altercation on Saturday night.

Rivera&#39;s husband Ryan Dorsey gave deputies cell phone video that allegedly shows him being hit by Naya.

According to reports, she was later released on $1000 of Personal recognizance bond. Her father-in-law picked her up from the courthouse.

The alleged incident took place while Rivera was at Dorsey&#39;s hometown for Thanksgiving in&nbsp;Kanawha County, West Virginia.

In September 2016 &nbsp;the couple filed for divorce but later in October 2017, they filed a request for dismissal of divorce.

Rivera said they trying to make their marriage work because of their son.&nbsp;

Rivera and Dorsey first dated in 2010 but later they separate their ways while she starred in &quot;Glee&quot;. The&nbsp;couple,&nbsp;however, got back together and were married in July 2014.
