Deodorant not enough to stop your body odour? A new futuristic-style bodysuit embedded with live bacteria could help combat those unpleasant smells. The pale grey, long-sleeved "Skin II" has been inserted with healthy probiotic bacteria, which reduces the smell of BO whilst also helping the immune system and encouraging cell renewal, its designer said. Bacteria is embedded into the fabric of the bodysuit in areas where you are most likely to sweat, including the armpits and upper back. It is activated by contact with moisture on the body, so when you sweat, it colonises on the skin to become the dominant bacteria, making it less likely that you'll smell, designer Rosie Broadhead said.

<p>The husband of fashion designer Kate Spade on Wednesday broke his silence on her death, saying she suffered from depression for years and that the couple had been living separately for 10 months.</p>

<p>Andy Spade said in a lengthy statement&nbsp;that he and his teenaged daughter Bea were "devastated by her loss, and can’t even begin to fathom life without her."</p>

<p>Kate Spade, who with her husband built a fashion empire on the popularity of her colorful handbags, was found dead in her New York City apartment on Tuesday, an apparent suicide. She was 55.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Andy Spade said that his wife suffered from depression and anxiety for many years but there was "no indication and no warning that she would do this. It was a complete shock."</p>

<p>"She was actively seeking help for depression and anxiety over the last 5 years, seeing a doctor on a regular basis and taking medication for both depression and anxiety. There was no substance or alcohol abuse. There were no business problems," he said in his statement.</p>

<p>Spade said he also wanted to clear up rumors and speculation that have surfaced about the couple`s personal life.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"For the past 10 months we had been living separately, but within a few blocks of each other. Bea was living with both of us and we saw each other or spoke every day.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"We were not legally separated, and never even discussed divorce. We were best friends trying to work through our problems in the best way we knew how. We were together for 35 years. We loved each other very much and simply needed a break," he said in his statement.</p>

<p>There were media reports that Kate Spade left a suicide note.</p>

<p>"I have yet to see any note left behind and am appalled that a private message to my daughter has been so heartlessly shared with the media," Andy Spade said.</p>

<p>Kate and Andy Spade sold their last stake in the Kate Spade accessories brand in 2006 to focus on raising their daughter, Frances Beatrix Spade.</p>

<p>n 2016, they launched a new footwear and accessories brand called Frances Valentine, naming it after their daughter, who is now 13.</p>

For her, &ldquo;drawing is life&rdquo; and after having studied at Naples Academy of Art, she knew for sure &ldquo;her future lies in imagining cartoons and drawing them&rdquo;. <p>&ldquo;I like to introduce myself with a Pirandello&nbsp;quote: I&#39;m&nbsp;one, nobody and a hundred thousand.&rdquo;</p>

<p>A budding designer, Manca became famous for what she calls &ldquo;Disney Princesses as Belly Dancers&rdquo;. Even though several artists have given their own rendition to Disney&rsquo;s most loved characters--Manca&rsquo;s belly dancers have something unique about them--a different instrument, outfit and a unique style of belly dancing, for each princess.</p>

<p>How did she come up with this idea--of drawing princesses as belly dancers?</p>

<p>&ldquo;Disney Girls have been redesigned in so many ways in the past--and I always wished to try a design of my own. I am a belly dancer; I studied this discipline for the past 7 years, so I decided to merge art, belly dance and costume design. I learned how to sew thanks to cosplay and I&#39;m the one who projects and makes all dresses for my belly dance friends and me.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Much before drawing belly dancer princesses, she drew a lot of other characters. &ldquo;As a kid, I had a collection of Barbies and I liked them, but I was more attached to her horses. I had a pretty big collection of Barbie&#39;s horses and I loved every kind of toy that represented an animal. Cat, dog, rabbit, horse--I was pretty obsessed by animals. But my favorite toy was my imagination. I loved role play--maybe that&#39;s why I started with cosplay&rdquo;, adds Manca. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Everybody is inspired from someone or something, what was it for her? &nbsp;</p>

<p>Manca says, &ldquo;I get inspired from anything--books, movies, past works of artists. Alphonse Mucha, Glen Kean, Adam Hughes, Barbara Canepa, are my absolute favourites but I also follow a number of young and&nbsp;talented web artists such as Fedini, Valeria Favoccia, Orpheeline, Phobs, Tracy Butler, Mirka Andolfo. Every time I see their art, it inspires me.&rdquo;</p>

<p>On gender equality in her line of work in Italy,&nbsp;Manca says, &ldquo;In my field of work, many things have changed through the years. When I was a child, I remember only male artists designed comic books. But now, more number of women are getting featured in comic book&rsquo; credits. I am happy that sex doesn&#39;t matter anymore--the important thing is your&nbsp;aesthetic sense, imagination, sensibility and&nbsp;versatility.&rdquo;</p>

<p>Towards the end of the interview, she says, &ldquo;I want to share with the world my passion and my little knowledge. In belly dancers series when I choose a design, a style and a dress of each princess--I also add a description to explain where the dance styles came from.&nbsp;It&#39;s very important for me to let people know about this&nbsp;ancient and underestimated discipline.&rdquo;</p>

Appointing a new Dior creative director is a &quot;work in progress&quot;, the French fashion house`s chief executive said on Tuesday, with the luxury label still to name a head designer some six months after Raf Simons left to set up his own brand.<br />
