A top Chinese official from Southwest China, best known as “the beautiful governor”, has now been sentenced to 13 years behind bars for having affairs and sexual relations with 58 subordinates. Zhong Yang has also been accused of accepting nearly 60 million Yuan ($8.5 million) in bribes, according to a report by the South&nbsp;China Morning Post&nbsp;(SCMP). The 52-year-old woman previously served as the governor and deputy secretary of Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou province and was fired in April last year.
