<p>The bones of Black children who were killed in a bomb blast in 1985 in their home will now be used as a "case study" for an online forensic anthropology course at an Ivy League college.</p>

<p>Titled "REAL BONES: Adventures in Forensic Anthropology", the course aims to teach "techniques that biological anthropologists apply to these cases to identify certain social attributes."</p>

<p>The physical remains of one, or two, children were guarded over the past 36 years in the anthropological collections of the University of&nbsp;Pennsylvania&nbsp;and Princeton.</p>

<p>These remains were being guarded since May 1985 and the institutes had been using the burned bones for teaching purposes but without the permission of the deceased’s parents.</p>

<p>This has come a few days before Philadelphia is set to organise its first-ever official day of remembrance for the 1985 bombing.</p>

<p>The deceased were killed on May 13, 1985, when the Philadelphia police dropped a bomb from a helicopter on the rooftop of a house. The blast killed 11 people, including five children, who were all a part of the organisation, Move.</p>

<p>Last year, the city leader had apologised for the "immeasurable and enduring harm" caused by the bombing. &nbsp;</p>

<p>International clothes retailer brand H&amp;M recently got in the middle of a controversy after it ran a series of online advertisements on their new line of slogan sweatshirts for kids -- in which a black child was seen wearing a sweatshirt with &#39;Coolest monkey in the jungle&#39; written on it.</p>

<p>H&amp;M, however, soon apologised for its treatment of the ad and published a post:&nbsp;<em>&ldquo;We understand that many people are upset about the image. We, who work at H&amp;M, can only agree.&nbsp;We are deeply sorry that the picture was taken, and we also regret the actual print. Therefore, we have not only removed the image from our channels, but also the garment from our product offering globally.&nbsp;It is obvious that our routines have not been followed properly. This is without any doubt. We will thoroughly investigate why this happened to prevent this type of mistake from happening again.&rdquo;</em></p>

<p>The matter escalated as black people, in general, have been for years compared to monkeys, labelling them as the closest to the primates.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Social media did not spare the brand after it saw the advertisement as racially insensitive and derogatory. Twitteratis&nbsp;took out pictures of all kids featured and compared how the white kids had things like &#39;Survival expert&#39; or animals printed on sweatshirts.&nbsp;</p>
