Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court will on January 10 consider an application filed by AgustaWestland alleged 'middleman' Christian Michel seeking an inquiry into the visit of Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officials in Tihar jail to meet him without court's permission.

Taking cognizance of the supplementary charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in AgustaWestland money laundering case, a Delhi court on Saturday summoned David Syms, alleged partner and director of ''middleman'' Christian Michel’s firm and two other firms to appear before it on May 9.
