Asin tied the knot with Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma on January 19, 2016, in a ceremony with both Hindu and Christian rituals. In 2017, they were blessed with a daughter. One of Asin Thottumkal's fan pages addressed her separation rumours from her husband, Rahul Sharma and gave a detailed list of their posts which were deleted from her Instagram. As per reports, Asin deleted all pictures with him including their wedding pictures. Asin went on a deletion spree in February 2023. There is, however, no post on their separation. Neither Rahul nor Asin have addressed this.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Asin has now responded to these rumours as she called these "baseless" and said that she is currently vacationing with her husband and enjoying a good breakfast, as she reads these false stories.&nbsp;</p>

<p>She wrote,&nbsp;"In the middle of our summer holiday right now, literally sitting across each other enjoying our breakfast and came across some very imaginative and utterly baseless 'NEWS'. Reminds of the time we were sitting at home together with our families planning our wedding and we heard that we had broken up (laughing emoji) Seriously?! Pls do better. (Disappointed to have wasted 5mins of an otherwise wonderful holiday on this!) Have a great day you guys."</p>

Asin shuts down 'baseless' divorce rumours with Rahul Sharma

<p>In the past month, ever since Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide, there has been a lot of conversation about nepotism and insiders vs outsiders in Bollywood. Many prominent filmmakers and actors have been accused by fans of giving work to industry insiders only and many prominent actors have spoken out about the need of inclusion in the film industry.<br />

The latest to join that conversation is actress Prachi Desai who called out her 'Bol Bachchan' co-actor Ajay Devgn on Monday over a tweet that the latter had posted marking 8 years of their film.<br />

Prachi Desai played Devgn's younger sister in the film. The film did well at the box office.</p>
