<p>Dhanoa added that the decision to carry out a &quot;surgical strike&quot; lay with the government.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Dhanoa also mentioned &quot;peace-time losses&quot; suffered by his force, saying they were a &quot;cause of concern&quot;.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&quot;Our losses during peace time are cause of concern. We are making concentrated efforts to minimise accidents and preserve our assets,&quot; he said.&nbsp;</p>
