Kane scored the winner in the 93rd minute lofting a shot from the centrecircle that cleared over the head of goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny, landing it into the net.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino said the goal was "unbelievable". He said, "I think it was a great, great goal, unbelievable goal for Harry (Kane), I think it's good for him, to start the pre-season by scoring."

"To compete in our best way and win is always better than don't win, and of course, I think we are happy with the performance. But the most important is we are happy that the players finished in a good condition to train tomorrow, to train after tomorrow and build step by step our fitness," Pochettino added.
