Paris Olympics 2024: All you need to know about Indian men's hockey team schedule

The Indian men's hockey team ended their 41-year Olympic medal drought with a bronze in Tokyo 2020. This time around, there are more expectations from the men's team as many want them togoa stepahead and return with the elusive gold. Ahead of Paris Olympics 2024, which commences on Friday (July 26), goalkeeper PR Sreejesh announced that he will be calling it quits from his international career in Paris. Thus, the Harmanpreet Singh-led team will be determined to give him a fitting farewell.

India's squad is a good blend of youth and experienced players. The likes of Mandeep Singh, Manpreet Singh, Sreejesh, Hardik Singh, Amit Rohidas and captain Harmanpreet will like to lead the way whereasJarmanpreet Singh, Sanjay, Raj Kumar Pal, Abhishek and Sukhjeet Singh --the five debutants in the squad -- will look to shine on the big stage.
