Two Babbar Khalsa terroristswere arrested in Uttar Pradesh today, police said. The terrorists were the key links in the supply of weapons to the Babbar Khalsa, which is aninternationally-designated terrorist organisation.
The two were arrested in a joint operation by the Uttar Pradesh Anti-terrorist squad(UP ATS) and the Punjab Police.
One of the terrorists named Satnam, was arrested from Kheri, Lakhimpur, while the other was arrested from Mailani, another area in the Lakhimpur, ANI reported.
In past month, twomembers of the same terror group, Balwant Singh and Jaswant Singh, were arrested by UP ATS.
