Pakistan violates ceasefire in Poonch

The Pakistan troops again indulged in ceasefire violation in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday morning.

The country's army opened fire at the Indian army along the LOC in Poonch district.

The violation has attracted heavy counter firing from the Indian army.

"Pakistan Army initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing of small arms, automatics, and mortars from 0815 hours in Poonch sector along the Line of Control (LoC)", the spokesman said as reported by PTI.

The firing between the two armies is still underway.
