J&K: 13-year-old injured in ceasefire violation in Poonch

The Pakistan army fired from small arms along the Line of Control in the Karmara belt of Poonch, police said.
"There was ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops today along the LoC in Karmara belt of Poonch", a police officer told PTI.
Several instances of ceasefire violation by Pakistan across the LoC have been reported from Poonch in October.
On October 26, Pakistani troops fired using small and heavy weapons at Sher Shakti and Mandhar areas of Kerni sector.
Over 500 instances of ceasefire violations by Pakistan have been reported so far this year, double the instances last year.
A total of 228 ceasefire violations occurred along the LoC in 2016. Till October 3, 503 ceasefire violations by Pakistan have been reported.
